Our Institute will be implementing the project “Na tropie ewolucji z Nosią – odkrywaj historię życia zapisaną w DNA i skamieniałościach” (“On the trail of evolution with Nosia – discover the history of life recorded in DNA and fossils.”). The project is funded by the Ministry of National Education, under the “Kompas Młodego Obywatela” program. The goal of the project is to develop scientific thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to draw conclusions and understand processes occurring in nature. Our guide in the world of science will be Nosia the woolly rhinoceros, whose story will help us understand the mechanisms of adaptation and evolution, and their relevance to contemporary challenges related to changing environmental conditions.
