The document was introduced in order to adapt the activities of the ISEZ PAS to the new provisions of the Act of 14 June 2024 on the Protection of Signallers (Journal of Laws of 2024 item 928), imposing an obligation to allow whistleblowers to report infringements of the law and to protect them from retaliation.
